President: run meetings; work with adviser on all planning; attend all sponsored events; and obtain grants for funding of sponsored events

Vice President: work with President and adviser to plan sponsored events; work with President and adviser to obtain funding for sponsored events; cover duties of President when needed; and work with President to create meeting agendas

Secretary: keep minutes at the meetings; send emails when needed; write thank you notes; share files to administration; and maintain contact information for people working with the council

Treasurer: Keep a running balance of funds and expenses; authorize payments and deposits with administration; work with President and Vice President on spending

Public Relations: make students aware of events; obtain administration approval of events; and share information to add to website with administration

Class Representative: be a liaison between the Student Council Executive Board and your classmates; promote Student Council sponsored events; and attend Student Council sponsored events
