Mr. Kaplan and his  Principles of Engineering student, Hunter Kucsera, each created a catapult to test distance and accuracy. The catapults could not be built larger than 3'x3'x3' and needed to launch a marble to complete the two tests.

Hunter beat Mr. Kaplan in accuracy, however, Mr. Kaplan ended up winning the distance competition, which begs the question: Which is more important- accuracy or distance??

Congratulations to Hunter on creating a successful catapult!!
